RecordScout identifies vinyl records from photographs and shows catalog information and market value estimates. Values are informational market ranges built from public listings and our own observations. They are not an appraisal, not a guarantee of any sale price, and not financial advice.

When you photograph a record with the app, you keep full ownership of your photo. You grant Yurban Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt (crop, resize, compress) and display the photos you submit — in the app, on our websites including recordscout.app, and in materials that present the Service — for the purpose of identifying records and illustrating our catalog, condition and value guides.

We only publish photos of records themselves: labels, sleeves, runouts, condition details. We do not knowingly publish photos that show recognizable people or private surroundings. To withdraw this license for your photos, email support@yurbanltd.com — we will stop using them and remove published copies within 30 days.

Do not use the Service to submit content you have no right to share, to scrape or bulk-download our data, or to interfere with the Service. The catalog pages on this site are for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Yurban Limited is not liable for decisions made on the basis of value estimates. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes to the photo license only apply to photos submitted after the change.
